PSA - soda cans
if you’re going to attempt to drink a can of soda, which is generally an ill-advised act to begin with, you might want to make sure that the little tab part that opens it is pointed the right way.
if you don’t make sure it’s going the right way and pry it up anyway, the can won’t open and the tab will probably pop off in your face. with some luck, it might miss your eye on its unfortunate trajectory.
if this happens to you, it’s really not such a great idea to grab a butter knife and try to poke a hole in the can where the tab was supposed to open it. cans of soda are, apparently, precision engineered equipment. they should only be operated by someone with appropriate training, skills, license, and never under the influence of hunger or thirst.
that is all.
