I submitted a support request to Twitter this past weekend re. tweets not showing up in people’s timelines. This is the reply I just got:
Hi,
We’ve been flooded with support emails; too many to answer. Please bear with us and try to redo whatever it was that you wrote in about. If you’re still having the problem, reply to this email and I’ll try to help you. You don’t need to reiterate the problem, I’ll be able to read your initial query and your ticket will be re-opened. I’ve marked this ‘solved’ for my own use. I’m not assuming this is solved, but if it is, that’s great!
