I think the things wrong with this only slightly outnumber the things that are right.
Not pictured: The dude driving it was wearing a polished chrome Colonel Klink-ish helmet.
I saw one of these things once too. I too was compelled to snap a photo. Said rider was not wearing abnormal protective pariphenalia.
